THE CHAPERONE

THE CHAPERONE

by Laura Moriarity

MINI REVIEW

A perfect historical fiction escape following a young dancer destined to be a movie star and her small-town chaperone who is searching for details of her past in 1920’s New York City. This book felt so familiar I thought maybe I had read it before, but I think it just reminded me of many others like it, including Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline. (Lily)
